New England
Weather.
Exterior paint in this climate isn't decoration — it's protection. Freeze-thaw cycles, coastal moisture, and harsh UV destroy cheap prep jobs inside of two years. We do it right the first time.
New England is one of the hardest climates for exterior paint in the country.
Freeze-Thaw Cycles
New England winters expand and contract every surface on your home repeatedly. Exterior paint needs flexibility — cheap paint cracks, peels, and fails within a season.
Coastal Moisture
Salt air, humidity, and wind-driven rain accelerate paint failure on coastal and near-coastal properties. Proper prep and primer are the only real defense.
Wood Rot Risk
Failed exterior paint lets moisture into wood. We inspect for rot before every job and address it before painting — because painting over rot just delays the inevitable.
Mold & Mildew
North-facing and shaded surfaces grow mold fast in our climate. We power wash with appropriate cleaners and apply mildew-resistant topcoats where needed.
Every exterior surface. Done properly.
Siding
Wood, vinyl, fiber cement, and engineered wood — each requires a different primer and topcoat approach. We match the material.
Trim, Fascia & Soffits
The details that define the finished look. Brush-applied for tight lines and a clean, lasting edge.
Doors & Shutters
High-traffic surfaces that need a hard, durable finish. Properly prepared and topcoated for both appearance and longevity.
Decks & Fences
Pressure-washed, sanded, and stained or painted with products rated for ground-contact exposure and New England freeze-thaw.
Masonry & Foundations
Concrete, block, and brick need masonry-specific primers and elastomeric topcoats. We don't put latex over block and hope for the best.
Commercial Exteriors
Storefronts, multi-family buildings, and commercial properties. Scheduled around your tenants and operations.
Every exterior job starts with a professional power wash.
Paint will not bond to mold, mildew, chalking paint, or dirt. We power wash every exterior surface before any prep or painting begins — using surface-appropriate pressure and, where needed, antimicrobial cleaners to kill mold at the root.
- Removes mold, mildew, algae, and oxidation
- Soft-wash for delicate surfaces — high pressure for concrete and masonry
- Antimicrobial treatment on shaded and north-facing surfaces
- Full dry time required before any paint is applied

Our Process
Assessment & Quote
We walk the full exterior, identify any rot, moisture intrusion, caulk failures, or surface damage, and give you a transparent quote before any work begins.
Power Washing
Every exterior job starts with a professional power wash to remove mold, mildew, dirt, and chalking paint. Paint won't bond to a dirty surface — this step is non-negotiable.
Repairs & Prep
Rot, cracks, and failed caulk are repaired before any paint is applied. We address the underlying problems, not just paint over them.
Prime
Bare wood, patched areas, and high-porosity surfaces are primed with the correct primer for the substrate. This is where most jobs fail — and where we don't cut corners.
Paint
Two full coats of exterior-grade paint applied in proper conditions. We monitor temperature and humidity and won't paint in weather that will compromise the finish.
