Why can't regular cleaners handle post-construction dust?
Because most of the work is air, not surfaces. Gypsum dust is fine enough to stay suspended and to pass straight through a standard vacuum filter, which means conventional cleaning redistributes it rather than removing it. Without HEPA filtration and air scrubbing, the space looks clean and then dusts itself again over the following weeks.
